Why choose failure when success is an option? Just a college student trying to get healthy! My name is Allison, I'm now an alumnae of Clarion University of PA and ΦΣΣ, happy to say I graduated at 132.2 pounds! I lost about 50 pounds my senior year and am still living healthy and happy! Right now I am doing Les Mills Pump from Beachbody. Friend me on MyFitnessPal: allymarie03

Got one of these bras on Wednesday, new favorite exercise bra. I can’t wait to get another. :3 Ugh how I wish there was a VS in my town!

vegprincess: You are such an inspiration! Keep it up, gorgeous!<3

Ahhhh blushing. Thank you! <33

myfirsthealthysummer: Wow you progress is amazing !! I'm trying to loose some very hard to shift belly fat ! Whats your top suggestions/tips on how i can do it ?? X

Just a lot of patience! Try not to have bread (cereal, rice, pasta, anything with grain) more than twice a day. Eat lots of vegetables and lean proteins. And do not be afraid of sit-ups and crunches. They might feel uncomfortable but they pay off!

bamboleiro: How did you lose that much from january to february? Wowwwwww

NO IDEA. I had been losing all of this weight but absolutely none of it was coming off of my stomach and I hated it so much! Then all of the sudden, BOOM. I started losing inches there like crazy! It’s true that you can’t spot reduce fat, I had to wait for my body to “decide” to get rid of it there!

withthinreason: Your progress is awesome! and super motivational I'm glad i stumbled upon your blog :D super good job lady :)

Thank you! Keeping this blog has helped keep me accountable and motivated too so it’s a double whammy haha.

oh god

asfghvjgkvhljkl. Can I just look at this for the next 20 minutes?

Question for followers…

Should I answer all my inboxes publicly (unless the sender specifies they want a private answer) or continue to respond to everything privately? Or certain things? I have been responding privately for weeks now because I didn’t want to seem narcissistic by publishing praise and if people had questions, I wanted to guarantee that they would see my answers by getting the notification in their inbox. But if I publish everything, I might just be killing two birds with one stone if someone has the same questions. Food for thought.

runaryrun: how long did it take you from 160 to 140 or wherever you ar at the moment?

I looked it up on my progress on MyFitnessPal and I was 160 around Christmas Eve, got to 140 around March 20th. So I got there in a little less than two months. Right now I’m at 132.2 and have been for about the past month, longest plateau I have hit!
